Cellar Door Coffee Co - Garrettsvile, OH

Before driving towards Pittsburgh back in July, I wandered the quaint streets of Garrettsville, OH searching for three things: a sandwich, a latte, and free wifi. Main St. runs parallel with Eagle Creek and boasts many adorable vintage-y shops and restaurants. The street turns to go over the creek and creates a 3 way intersection; nestled on one of the corners is Cellar Door Coffee Co. (http://www.cellardoorcoffeeco.com).

Not only does this place make a good java and a delicious croissant, the interior oozes modern but homey charm. The large street side windows offer plenty of natural light making this a delightful place to cross items off your to-do list or to just relax while passing through. The friendly staff and the groups of local patrons also reminded me that I was in a small town, as there was plenty of small town charm to go around! It’s places like these that make me enjoy exploring the American countryside.
